No returns for used locomotives Our Rating System for Used Locomotives C1-Fair, C2-Good, C3 Very Good, C4-Very Good plus, C5-Excellent minus, C6-Excellent, C7-Excellent plus, C8-Like New minus, C9-Like New, C10-Mint Condition Shipping Usually by 1st Class Mail and Priority Mail for Domestic US orders.
