Refunds

This site is specifically for the HOn3 modeling community .. So be sure you are choosing the correct item. Email Us if you are not certain the Items you are purchasing are the Correct Items that you need!

Any quality issues on a new product can be addressed. Manufacturer Warranties are available on some items.

Since we do make trades - contact us if you have made a wrong decision about an item(s).

Manufacturer Warranties may apply to components used on Locomotive Builds. 

Many Locomotives never get listed on the website because of time. Let us know by email what you are looking for. We may just have one of them in Stock or in process of being Custom Built with new Motor / DCC Technology.

It is important to understand used locomotives are purchased as described. 

We make many necessary repairs / re-motor / updated DCC to bring value back to a Previously Owned Locomotive. We evaluate and check for quality on each locomotive and give you as much information as we can so that you can make a purchase with confidence.  We also  will give as much information as we can about an Item / Locomotive listed for Sale with each listing.

We work with the finest available "Brass Locomotives" that we can purchase.

Usually by 1st Class Mail and Priority Mail for Domestic US orders.

We use 1st Class Mail International USPS for International Orders.

There are some exceptions because of length or weight.
